Metal rectangular corrugated expansion joint

Metal rectangular corrugated expansion joint is mainly used to transport gas or dusty gas pipeline and fan outlet, to absorb displacement or shock absorption. Rectangular metal expansion joints are used in iron and steel, power, petrochemical, cement and other industries. U-shaped or V-shaped corrugated nozzles can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel according to user's requirements. Carbon steel is generally used for liner barrels and flanges.

The metal rectangular corrugated expansion joint is also called telescopic device, compensator and corrugated compensator. Compensators are divided into: corrugated compensators, sleeve compensators, rotary compensators, square natural compensators and other major types, of which corrugated compensators are more commonly used, mainly to ensure the operation of the pipeline, with the following functions:

1. compensation for absorbing axial, transverse and angular thermal deformation of pipes.

2. expansion of metal rectangle expansion joint to facilitate installation and removal of valve piping.

3. absorb the equipment vibration, reduce the impact of equipment vibration on the pipeline.

4. Absorbing the deformation of pipeline caused by earthquake and subsidence, rectangular metal bellows expansion joint is a flexible element with bellows as the core, and compensates axial, lateral and angular directions on the pipeline. Axial type compensator is designed to reduce the self-excited phenomenon of the medium. There is no inner sleeve in the product, which limits the radial compensation ability to a great extent, so it is generally only used to absorb or compensate the axial displacement of the pipeline (if a small amount of radial displacement is really needed in the pipeline, the larger displacement can be explained when ordering). The transverse displacement compensator (large pull rod) mainly absorbs the vertical displacement to the compensation. For the transverse displacement of the axis of the compensator, the small pull rod transverse displacement compensator is suitable to absorb the transverse displacement, and can also absorb the combination of axial, angular and arbitrary three directions of displacement: hinge compensator (also known as angular compensator). It is used with two or three compensators (single hinge compensator does not have the ability to compensate), to absorb the transverse deformation in one-way plane, universal hinge (angle) compensator, by two or three matching use, can absorb the deformation in three-dimensional direction.
