Water treatment method for insulating layer of precast directly buried steam insulation pipe

In the later drying process, the water vapor will form an internal pressure drain in the insulating layer, and the drainage pipe should be added. Drainage pipes should be installed in areas that do not affect traffic, and should be marked and protected.

(4) the immersion of the insulation layer of the compensator depends on its structure. Generally, the bottom of the insulation shell is opened with water.

When there is water at the bottom of the trench, strictly prevent water from entering the insulation layer from the interface. In addition, rainproof and drainage measures should be taken during rainy season to avoid damp and soaking of thermal insulation materials.

(6) Prefabricated direct-buried steam insulation pipe network is an effective way to reduce moisture content in the insulation layer. The rising speed of heating tube temperature and the timing of heating pipes should be set according to the discharge speed. Slow progress should be carried out in several stages. Every time the temperature rises to a set temperature, it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature for a period of time, so that the moisture in the composite insulation structure evaporates at that temperature and is discharged through the drainage pipe. The surface temperature of the outer sleeve should be controlled below 8O C at all stages, and the temperature can be raised until the water in the insulation material is removed.
