Hood ventilator

Drainage ventilation pipe system has a top ventilation pipe, main ventilation pipe, auxiliary ventilation pipe, combined ventilation pipe, annular ventilation pipe, apparatus ventilation pipe, convergence ventilation pipe and special ventilation pipe, respectively, for different locations, of which the cover ventilation pipe is suitable for the installation of water storage tank and water tank. The cover type ventilation pipe is an atmospheric pipe set up to make the air in the drainage system circulate, the pressure is stable, and the waterproof seal is destroyed.

The performance of the hood type ventilator can be divided into four points:

1. Discharge toxic and harmful gases from drainage pipes to meet the hygienic requirements.

2. Ventilation pipes supply fresh air to reservoirs, tanks and drainage pipes to reduce corrosion of metal pipes and prolong service life.

3. Two or more ventilation pipes should be installed in the reservoir and water tank to improve the drainage capacity. (For a small example, when dripping, the liquid will flow out from the mouth of the bottle downward, and a ventilation pipe is inserted. One end opens the atmosphere, and the other end opens the gap between the liquid level and the bottom of the bottle, so as to prevent the formation of negative pressure in the pipe and ensure smooth drainage.) The stagnant water is formed, the flavour is reduced, the amplitude of the pressure fluctuation is reduced, the water seal is protected, and the water seal failure is prevented.

4. The water vapor and harmful gases in the reservoir and water tank can be quickly discharged. The built-in gauze gauze can effectively prevent the entry of vectors, insects and dust to destroy the water quality.

Description of hood ventilator

1. Ventilation tube design gas flow rate is 5m/s, filter (mesh, cloth) layer gas average flow rate is 0.75m/s, filter cloth installation should be used to sew the same material, the inner cover can be made of harmless non-metallic materials;

2. The ventilation pipe is designed according to the thickness of covering soil layer (H3) 0.0m, 0.5m and 1.0m. 0.0m is suitable for Southern area, 0.5m is suitable for central area and 1.0 is suitable for cold area.

3. Rust removal and anticorrosion requirements after welding shall be made according to the design requirements of customers.

4. Ventilation caps in conditioned areas can be made of FRP or stainless steel according to the design requirements, so as to achieve good anticorrosion and prolong the service life.
