Adjustable shrinkage hole

The adjustable shrinkage hole is used in the pulverized coal feeding pipe of the coal-fired boiler to adjust the balance of the pulverized coal air pressure in the pipe and ensure the combustion stability of the boiler.

The core plate with adjustable shrinkage hole is made of wear-resistant material, and is divided into wear-resistant type and ordinary type according to different shell materials. The adjustable shrinkage hole is controlled by handwheel, which is flexible and reliable. There are eight kinds of double core adjustable shrinkage holes from DN300-DN600. There are two ways to connect adjustable shrinkage holes and pipes: flange and welding. Opposite double-core adjustable shrinkage hole is used to adjust the primary air duct resistance in powder feeding pipeline, so that the primary air velocity of each powder feeding pipeline at the entrance of burner keeps the same.

3. Designing a dial and indicator to adjust the opening. The dial shows the percentage of sectional area adjustment and the stroke. The adjustment is very convenient and intuitive.

4. Dual-core plate and wear-resistant passage are made of rare-earth wear-resistant steel, which has superior wear resistance, good sealing performance, flexible start-up, good regulation performance, beautiful appearance and fine workmanship.
