Flexible clamp

The flexible clamp is composed of two semicirons, two bolts, two nuts, a sealing ring and two joints. The two joints of the flexible clamp are connected by the sealing ring. The width of the sealing ring is about 24MM. There is a slot on each of the two joints, both inside and outside of the joints are polished, looks very elegant.

Advantages of flexible clamp:

1. Economy: compared with the traditional flange, the construction and total cost of the trench pipe joint can save 20%-40%.

2. Fast: it can connect the pipe quickly, and the installation speed is more than 4 times faster than the flange connection and has deflection, which can prevent displacement leakage.

3. Reliability: scientific and reasonable design provides the triple guarantee of reliable durability for the pipeline. The flexible joint adopts high-quality rubber ring seal and unique C type structure, so the greater the pressure inside the pipe, the better the sealing performance.

4. Vibration isolation: the end of the tube can stop the noise and prevent the transmission of vibration. The c-type rubber ring can fully exert sound absorption and vibration reduction. The spoiler joint can solve the heat expansion and cold contraction of the pipeline.

5. Simple: the grooved pipe joint is lighter than the flange, and the number of bolts is less. Complex procedures such as hole to lock are abandoned. The installation is convenient to the middle, and the pipe fitting rotates freely without deliberate alignment. Therefore, the installation speed is fast and the labor intensity is low.

The flexible clamp can be removed and used easily.
