Seamless steel pipe

Seamless bend plant is widely used in chemical engineering, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, heavy industry, refrigeration, sanitation, water heating, fire control, electric power, shipbuilding and other basic projects because of its excellent comprehensive performance. The radius of curvature must be controlled. If the radius is 1.5d, then the radius of curvature is within the required tolerance range. Since most of these pipe fittings are used for welding, in order to improve the welding quality, the ends are turned into grooves with certain angles and edges. This item is also strict with the thickness of the side, the number of angles and the range of deviation. The surface quality and mechanical properties of the elbow are basically the same as that of the pipe. For the convenience of welding, the steel to be connected to the pipe shall be of the same material. The temperature can reach 1 1 000 ℃ ~ 000 ℃.

How to maintain seamless bend:

1. The elbow bend pipe that is stored for a long time shall be checked on schedule. The exposed surface shall be kept clean, cleaned of dirt, and stored in a ventilated and dry place in the room. Always keep the bend dry and ventilated, keep the holder clean and tidy, and store in accordance with the accurate storage method.

2. During installation, the elbow bend can be directly installed on the pipe road according to the connection mode and installed according to the position used. In general, it can be installed in any position of the pipeline, but it needs to be easy to control the inspection, note that the flow direction of the cutoff elbow medium should be below the longitudinal disc upstream, elbow bend can only be installed horizontally. When the elbow is installed, pay attention to sealing, prevent leakage phenomenon, affect the normal operation of the pipeline.

3. When the ball valve, globe valve and gate valve of the elbow bend are used, they are only fully open or fully closed, and they are not allowed to adjust the flow, so as to avoid erosion and accelerated wear on the sealing surface. Gate and upper threaded globe valves have an inverted seal, with the hand wheel turned to the head position and tightened to prevent leakage of media from the packing.
