Hinge type corrugated compensator

The hinge type bellows compensator has a universal ring and has two pairs of vertical hinge structures on its circumference. Hinged ripple compensator (also known as angle compensator), it is used with two or three compensators (a single use of hinge compensator without compensation ability), to absorb transverse deformation in a single plane; universal hinge (angle) compensator, by two or three matching use, can absorb three-dimensional deformation.

Installation of hinge type corrugated compensator

1. In order to compensate the hinge ripple compensator, fixing brackets are arranged at both ends of the compensator to prevent the pipeline from being affected by the internal pressure and thrust to move out and stretch.

2. One end of the compensator (referring to the dead end of the direct-buried compensator with one-way compensation) should be close to the fixed support at one end, and the compensator's movable end should be used to compensate the pipe.

3, according to the compensation amount, the distance between the two fixed supports is set. The compensation amount is generally not larger than the diameter of the pipe.

4. During the process of testing, the phenomenon of tension must not be allowed in the compensator.
