Universal corrugated compensator

The general corrugated compensator consists of a bellows and two end nozzles. It absorbs the axial displacement of the autumn line (also a small amount of lateral and angular displacement) through the flexible deformation of the bellows. The end pipe or straight pipe is welded with the pipe nozzle, or the welded flange is connected with the pipe flange. The small pull rod on the expansion joint is mainly used as rigid support during transportation or as adjustment for product pre deformation. It is not a load-bearing part. The general compensator has simple structure and low price, so it should be given priority to where possible in the pipeline.

Installation notes:

1. the direction of the inner liner should be consistent with the direction of the medium (the flow indicator on the compensator).

2. after installation, remove the small pull rod.

3. In order to reduce the force on the pipe rack, the compensator can be deformed (pre-compression, pre-tension) before installation.
