Eight head

Yuan Bao elbow, also known as the eight head. Elbows are made of sheet metal with the same material as pipe by stamping die, and then two half-ring elbows are welded together. Because of the different welding standards of all kinds of pipelines, usually the semi-finished products are manufactured according to group to point solidification, and the field construction is carried out according to the weld grade of pipeline, so it is also called two-half welding elbow.

Eight heads are part of boiler components in pressure vessels. It can be used to heat all kinds of standard pipes with fast heating speed, stepless power conditioning, good starting function, stable function, small floor area, easy operation and protection.

Protection for the appearance of eight heads:

1. eight heads and cylinder body after welding, and PT inspection and external pickling. The welding slag, heat affected zone and surrounding slag, spatter and pollutants should be cleaned in time.

2. avoid scratching and scratching on the surface of stainless steel heads to avoid iron contamination.

3. avoid direct touch with carbon steel.

4. do not store in the open air. Stainless steel pickling can not be recovered by hydrochloric acid.

5. avoid forced welding. Structural design should avoid excessive stress.

6. chlorine content in water test shall not exceed 25mg/L.
